Answers, and a person when you need one
Search the help centre, ask our assistant, or write to us directly. Every question that reaches us gets a reference you can quote back — nothing lands in a black hole.
Ask a question and get an answer now
Our assistant answers from the help centre. It will not guess at policy, and if your question needs a person it will open a ticket and tell you so.
Hi — ask me anything about advertising a property, how ownership verification works, or what happens after someone makes an offer.
Please don't share card or bank details here. Listora never takes payment on this site and will never ask you for them.
Would you rather write to a person?
Send it here and it goes straight to our team with a reference number. No queue ticket, no bot loop — a person reads it and replies by email within one business day.

Your account
- Editing, pausing, and resuming your listing Edit copy, photos, and your asking price any time. Pause it if you need to stop inquiries for a while.
- Who can see your contact details Your email and phone stay private until you reply to someone. We never sell inquiries as leads.
Advertising & plans
- The three advertising plans Essential, Featured, and Premier. One flat fee, twelve months, no commission on what you agree.
- What happens after I submit a listing Your submission becomes a draft, we verify ownership, then it publishes. You get a reference at every step.
- What if my listing does not move within the year? Renew at half price. On Premier, renewal is free.
Getting started
- What Listora is — and what it is not Listora advertises vacation properties. It is not a broker, an agency, or a booking site.
- Do I need an account to browse or make contact? No. Browsing, searching, and sending an inquiry or offer all work without signing up.
Inquiries & offers
- How inquiries and offers work An inquiry is a question. An offer names a price. Both expire, and both go straight to the owner.
- The owner has not replied — what now? Tell us. We hold the record of what you sent and can chase the owner, though we cannot answer for them.
Safety & payments
- How money should change hands Directly between the two of you — never through Listora. We never ask you to send us funds.
- Reporting a listing or a user Send us the listing reference and what you saw. We would rather pull a listing than leave a bad one up.
Ownership verification
- What ownership verification involves We check your deed, club statement, or membership certificate against the details you entered, before the listing publishes.
- What "verified" means on a listing It means our team checked the owner's documentation against the listing details before it published.
The things people ask us most
Do you take a commission when my listing sells or rents?
No. Listora is an advertising marketplace, not a broker. You pay one flat fee to publish a listing and that is the only money we ever take. When you agree terms with a traveler or buyer, the full amount is yours.
How do people contact me?
Inquiries arrive in your Listora inbox and by email. Your address stays private until you reply. We never sell inquiries as leads, never pass your details to a third party, and never call you about your own listing.
What can I advertise?
Vacation properties you own or control — a house, a villa, an apartment, a resort residence. Your listing captures the location, the layout, what is included, and when it is available, which is the information an interested visitor needs before they get in touch.
What if my listing does not move within the year?
Renew at half price. On the Premier plan, renewal is free. We would rather keep a listing live than take another full fee from someone who has not had a result yet.
How should money change hands?
That part is between you and the other party, and we deliberately stay out of it. For rentals we publish guidance on payment methods with buyer protection. For ownership transfers we recommend a licensed escrow or closing company, and we will never ask you to send funds to Listora.
