The three advertising plans

Essential, Featured, and Premier. One flat fee, twelve months, no commission on what you agree.

Every plan buys twelve months of advertising for one property, points package, or week. The fee is flat and it is the only money Listora ever takes — we do not take a percentage of what you agree with a traveler or buyer.

Essential covers everything you need to advertise: your listing live for twelve full months, ownership verified before it publishes, up to twenty photos, direct messaging with travelers and buyers, and inclusion in all search results.

Featured adds visibility: priority placement above standard listings, a Featured badge on every card, rotating placement on the homepage, a monthly performance report, and inclusion in our weekly traveler email.

Premier adds our team's work: top-of-results placement in your region, listing copy written for you, photo editing and sequencing by our team, and a dedicated listing specialist.

Plans are arranged with us directly rather than paid for on the website. Ask on the Help page or email us and we will set it up.
