This is our family's place on Maui and we rent the weeks we can't use. It's a corner residence on the top floor, which means cross-breeze through the whole unit and no one above you.
The lanai is the reason we bought it. From November through March you can watch whales from the chair in the corner without getting up. The grounds have three pools, and the beach path takes about four minutes on foot.
Seven-night minimum. We're flexible on arrival day.
